Oh, Amrit, you're right, of course.

Many say that two men or two women getting married - as is legal in parts of the States and all of 'our home and native land' (Canada) - is even stranger, not to mention the human feet that keep washing ashore in British Columbia, Canada.

And the strangest, weirdest of all, a mentally retarded (throwing pc out the window), brain damaged, cokehead alcoholic, delusional warmonger as a two-term president who has managed to wreck the world economy. Even India can't top that!

Nevertheless, I get a great, perhaps perverse, pleasure out of picking on poor, dear, old India. Her foibles amuse like nothing else.

Happy Summer!!!!

Well, in that regard I would say the entire world has peculiarities. There are some things strange in India, there are some things strange in the USA or Canada, China, Europe, Africa, Australia. Every country encompasses great things, and weird thing.

I'm afraid I have little experience with this sort of thing, but I'm sure if some man not my husband dared to touch me in a sexual way, my skin would crawl and the intruder would find that this is one Kaur who is fully versed in the use of her Articles of Faith.

Yet another wild, wooly and wonderful tale from the subcontinent to add to the ones about the man who married the dog, the couple who didn't know they were divorced, and, oh, yes, the brahmin who committed suicide, expecting to be magically revived. I haven't heard; is he still dead?

What would I do without Bharata Mata to provide some comic relief to my otherwise blandull life?
